Dora soy lecithin emulsifier is the first product in natural surfactant series in agriculture by Dora Supply Chain. Soybean lecithin is a natural surfactant emulsifier use in agriculture, it’s the yellow powder with lecithin (PC) content of about 20%. This product is excellent for enhancing the ability of herbicide to penetrate the surface and improving the penetration and lateral movement of moisture in the root area and increases soil moisture retention.
Stability of Soybean Lecithin Emulsifier
Main raw materials: Soy phospholipids with different lecithin contents (25.6%, 35.5%, 40.7%, 51.7%, 67% respectively).
Under controlled conditions (normal temperature, normal pressure), the emulsifier is formulated into a homogeneous solution of 0.1% to 0.3%.
Conclusion
When the oil-water ratio is constant, as the PC content of the emulsifier increases, the amount of emulsifier required to obtain a stable emulsifier also increases.
Phospholipids with low PC content are more likely to form stable emulsions when used as emulsifiers than phospholipids with high PC content.
Conclusion
Above the curve is a stable emulsion, and below the curve is the oil reservoir separation area.
When the emulsifier concentration is higher than 1.5% and the oil/water ratio is less than 0.8, the emulsion formed will not coagulate or separate within 24 hours.
Use Soy Lecithin Emulsifier with Herbicide
Soya lecithin emulsifier can improve the adhesion and permeability of pesticides. It can be used with common pesticides, such as carbendazim, chlorothalonil, and tubulin, which can reduce the dosage of fungicide by 30%.
Other Functions
Soya bean lecithin emulsifier can control rice blast, sheath blight, and bacterial blight.
